Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Kelsey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She founded Hara Center™ on the belief that thoughtful, precision-based medicine and deeply compassionate care belong together — that true healing happens when science and human connection meet. She finds so much joy in cheering her patients on and celebrating each step toward feeling vibrant, balanced, and well.
With a foundation in holistic nursing, advanced functional medicine training, and Healing Touch energy-based therapy, Kelsey approaches each patient as a whole person — not a set of symptoms. She believes care reaches beyond the physical, valuing the presence a provider brings to the patient-provider relationship. Her practice is built on listening deeply, investigating thoroughly, and crafting treatment plans that are as individual as the people she serves.
